AiNDORA Terms of Service

1. Account Registration

Users must:

• Provide accurate information
• Maintain the security of their credentials
• Notify us of any unauthorized use

Account activity is the responsibility of the account holder.

2. Use of the Services

Users agree not to:

• Use AiNDORA for unlawful purposes
• Upload harmful or malicious content
• Access areas of the platform without authorization
• Interfere with system performance or security

AiNDORA may suspend accounts for misuse.

3. User Content

You own all content you upload, including:

• Documents
• Photos
• Communications
• Project information
• Workforce data

By uploading content, you grant AiNDORA a limited license to store, process, and display that content to deliver the Services.

4. Payment Terms

If applicable:

• Fees must be paid according to your subscription plan
• Late or failed payments may result in suspension
• All fees are non-refundable unless required by law

5. Intellectual Property

All platform code, AI models, logos, and documentation remain the property of AiNDORA.

Users may not copy, reverse-engineer, or replicate the platform.

6. AI Outputs

AI-generated suggestions or insights:

• Are provided "as-is"
• Are not guaranteed to be error-free
• Require human judgment for decisions

AiNDORA is not responsible for actions taken based solely on AI outputs.

7. Limitation of Liability

AiNDORA is not liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Data loss or corruption
• Business interruption
• Misuse of the platform by users

Maximum liability is limited to the fees paid in the previous 12 months.

8. Termination

Users may terminate accounts at any time.

AiNDORA may terminate or suspend accounts for:

• Violations of these Terms
• Non-payment
• Misuse or security threats

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by:

• The laws of Ontario, Canada
• For African users: also subject to the laws of the Republic of Ghana (if applicable)
